Spruce provides an ideal balance between strength and flexibility, hence its overwhelming popularity as the wood of choice for tops of acoustic guitars. The beloved mahogany wood has been a standard for back and sides on premium acoustics for many decades.

OM Cutaway Body Shape

The OM’s compact size is ideal for players with a small body frame or seeking playing comfort. The bright and stronger high-midrange emphasis is more suited for finger picking than strumming which often requires more low-end. The Venetian cutaway on this model allows easy access to the high frets.

Installed internally without cutting out any of the woods, the Sonitone EQ system retains all the natural resonance and the pure acoustic sound that other systems can’t. The controls are simple to use as well with only Volume and Tone.
